For Tanzanian schools
The whole school, in one place.
Fees and arrears, attendance, marks and report cards, and the messages that go to parents.
About 30 minutes, with your own school's numbers. Nothing to install.

The platform
Built for how a school
actually runs.
Not a filing cabinet with a login. The information a school already keeps, connected. A payment, a balance and a term's collection figure become the same fact seen from three angles.
Money
Fee structures, invoices and receipts, arrears, and an immutable ledger where every movement is a balanced journal entry.
Records
Students, guardians, staff, classes and streams, attendance and marks, in one place and still there when a teacher leaves.
Messages
Fee reminders, absence alerts and results, sent to the right parent with their own child's figures in them.
Answers
Reports that reconcile to the ledger, and an assistant you can ask in plain language without it inventing a number.
Solutions by role
Four people. Four questions.
Nobody buys “a school system”. Each of these four people is buying an answer to their own question. Pick yours.
“Can I see and run the whole school?”
- Admissions and enrolment, with full student records and admission numbers
- Classes, streams and academic years
- Timetable
- Attendance, daily and per period
- Staff records and subject allocation
- Announcements to the whole school
- Reports that reconcile to the ledger: fee collection, outstanding balances, trial balance, student statements
- NECTA A-Level combinations, continuous-assessment summaries and candidate export

Also included: Transport and routes · Hostel and boarding · Library · Inventory · Clinic visits, with a guardian SMS · Data import from your existing Excel
Why schools move
What a term
actually looks like.
None of this is a discipline problem. It is one structural problem wearing six costumes: the school's information lives in places that cannot be added together.
- Fees live in an exercise book or a spreadsheet, and nobody knows total arrears until the term is nearly over.
- A parent says they paid, and there is no receipt to check it against.
- Report cards are compiled by hand at the end of term, and it costs teachers days.
- The head teacher cannot answer a board question without phoning three people.
- When a teacher leaves, their mark book leaves with them.
- Attendance is on paper, so it is recorded but never actually analysed.
Fees and arrears
Arrears are a list, not a figure.
A school cannot chase a total. It can only chase people. Once the list exists and is correct, collection stops being a project and becomes a routine.
- Every student with a balance, grouped by class
- Reminders sent automatically, each parent getting their own child's figure
- Bank, M-Pesa and cash reconciled against the same ledger
- Receipts the parent can see for themselves

The assistant
Ask the school a question.
“How much did we collect this week?” “Who was absent in Form 2 today?” Answers come from the school's own records, not from a summary of the page you are looking at.
- It sees exactly what your role permits, so a teacher asking a finance question does not get a finance answer
- It never computes money itself; figures come from the reports that reconcile to the ledger
- Anything that changes data is proposed, never done. A person presses confirm
How much did we collect this week?
What you get
Everything, for one price.
Every line below is in the product today. Nothing here is coming soon, and nothing is a paid add-on.
20,000
SMS included, every year
Roughly TZS 400,000 to 600,000 of messaging at market rates, a meaningful part of the fee straight back.
Immutable by design
Financial records cannot be edited. A correction is a reversal, so the audit trail is the truth.
10
Custom features, built to how your school works
1
Price. No tiers, no per-student billing
∞
Students, staff, classes and streams
4
Roles, each with their own view and permissions
NECTA-ready
A-Level combinations, continuous-assessment summaries and candidate export.
On the phone
A native iOS and Android app for attendance, marks and the parent portal.
Your Excel, imported
We read the spreadsheets you already keep, Swahili column headings included, and validate every row.
Never held hostage
Stop paying and the school moves to read-only. Nothing is deleted, and parents keep their fee and results history.
Onboarding
From signing to running.
These four happen in this order for a reason. Parent SMS goes on last, after balances are verified.
- Step 1
You pay, we set up
One invoice for the year. Setup begins the day payment clears. We say so up front so it is never a surprise.
- Step 2
A 45-minute setup call
Academic year and terms, classes and streams, subjects, grading scale, the school calendar, and your fee structures. Getting fees right here is what makes every later number correct.
- Step 3
We import your data
Students first, then guardians, then any fee balances carried forward. We read your existing Excel directly and validate every row. Carried-forward balances are reconciled against your own figure and signed off by the bursar.
- Step 4
We train each role separately
The accountant on fees and reminders. Teachers on attendance and marks, 30 minutes, on their phones. The head teacher on reports. Parent SMS goes on last, once balances are verified.
Pricing
One price. Everything in it.
TZS 2,500,000
per year, for the whole school
A school with 500 students pays TZS 5,000 per student per year, about TZS 417 a month. That is less than it costs to print their report cards.
- All modules, for the head teacher, accountant, teachers and parents
- 20,000 SMS a year for fee reminders, attendance alerts and results
- The ATLAS AI assistant
- Up to 10 custom features built to how your school actually works
- Unlimited students, staff, classes and streams
- Parent portal and parent access
- Data import from your existing spreadsheets
- Training and onboarding for every role
- Every update released during the year
Questions
The ones we actually get.
What happens to our data if we stop paying?
Nothing is ever deleted. Your school moves to read-only access after a grace period. Never a hard lockout, and never deletion. Parents keep access to fee and results history regardless, because punishing parents for a school's unpaid invoice is not a collection strategy. This is written into our terms.
We already have everything in Excel. Do we start again?
No. We read your existing spreadsheets directly, including files with Swahili column headings, and validate every row before saving. Anything that cannot be read is explained in plain language so you can fix it. Carried-forward fee balances are reconciled against your own total before anyone signs off.
Do teachers need computers?
No. Attendance and marks work from a phone, including a native iOS and Android app. Most teacher training takes about 30 minutes.
What happens when we use up the 20,000 SMS?
You see a used-and-remaining counter in the admin screens and a warning at 80%, so it is never a surprise. Messages are never silently dropped, because the SMS that fails would be the fee reminder.
Is there a cheaper plan for a smaller school?
There is one price for every school, and it includes everything. We do not run tiers: the moment one head teacher learns another paid less, we lose both.
Can we ask for features specific to our school?
Yes. Up to ten of them are included, built to how your school actually works. We track them as a visible ledger you can see, so there is no argument later about what was promised.
Start with your own numbers.
A demo takes about 30 minutes. Bring last term's fee register.
